The pristine kitchen occupies slightly more than half the restaurant's square footage. Our Thai chefs create every dish with the technique and ingredients essential to authentic Thai cooking.

"Here we fashion everything fresh. We grind our own tamarind paste, instead of using ketchup like other restaurants and blend herb leaves and roots into our special meat dishes. We supplement vegetable oil with chicken stock to reduce fat as much as possible. The result is delicious, healthy food."
